EEOC Announces Final Regulation on Pregnant Workers Fairness Act
The EEOC just issued its long-awaited final regulation on the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). The final regulation takes effect on June 18, 2024, sixty days from its slated April 19, 2024 publication in the Federal Register.
EEOC Extends Deadline to File EEO-1 Reports Again
The EEOC has extended the deadline to file EEO-1 reports to October 25, 2021.
EEOC Delays EEO-1 Filing Requirement
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced on May 7th that it will delay collection of EEO-1 data from employers until March of 2021.
