COVID-19 Update: Oregon OSHA Temporary Rule
Oregon OSHA adopted a temporary rule addressing COVID-19 workplace risks. Most of the rule’s provisions took effect on Nov. 16, 2020. Certain provisions of the rule have different effective dates as summarized below.
